  • According to the study it is shows that 60% of peoples are having diabetes and obesity problems.
  • Studies in rat population shows that when they overeat these junk foods they refused to eat healthier foods.

  • Junk food attraction is so high because of its simplicity.
  • They are easy to prepare and are very tasty.
  • Junk food are have very attraction colors.


Time factor 

  • You prefer to eat them when you watch TV.
  • You save yourself a lot of hassles and time when you are in a hurry eating pizzas and burgers as they are served at your door step hot ready to eat.

Taste factor 

  • If time constraint is one reason that pushes you to eating junk food, great taste also causes the irresistibility factor and you keep on going.
  • Once you are caught in junk food addiction, you find it hard to think about the loss of nutrition junk food pushes you into.

  • Food Companies try not to show the nutrition table specially sugar in order to keep the profits coming.
  • They in fact not give the complete information of amount energy a persons consuming.

Avoid Eat Junk Food

  • Try to understand that junk food causes loss of health and stamina.
  • This habit would eventually reduces the power of immune system of our body.
  • These things eventually comes into addiction and diseases would prevail.

Changes that must need

  • Eat a variety of nutrient – rich foods.
  • Enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Eat moderate portions.
  • Eat regular meals.
  • Reduce, don’t eliminate certain foods.
